Marching Band

Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom, November 3, 2024

We are excited for our trip to Orlando in November to perform at Disney World!!  November 3rd to be exact, and we are excited to offer this amazing opportunity to expand your band experience.  The cost of the trip will be $320 per person and includes all transportation, Hotel, Magic Kingdom and some meals.  Food at Magic Kingdom will not be covered. Payment may be made via SchoolCash online; we will let you know when that link is available.  There is also an option to contribute to scholarships for students. If you need financial assistance please contact Mr. White directly. Since this is a required band event, if your student cannot attend please contact Mr. White immediately.

Details:

• November 2nd and 3rd, 2024 - Saturday/Sunday

• Cost approximately $325 per person (covers all expenses but food at park)

• Need $ for lunch & dinner at Magic Kingdom (suggested $50)

• Parent Meeting Thursday Oct. 17th at 6:30pm in the band room.  

• Pay via SchoolCash Online when link is available.  Payment will be due Mon Oct 28th.  

• All students are expected to attend

• Buses will depart from Spanish River High School on Nov 2nd (exact time TBD) and will return to SRHS on Nov 3rd by 10 pm. We will have a parent WhatsApp group that will keep you posted throughout.  Note that we will not be traveling to Tampa for a competition.
