• Permission slips were given to students after rehearsal on Thursday 9/19 and are due back next week!

• Students may not go without a permission slip.

We’re really looking forward to our day at Cavalcade on Saturday!  The event organizers are keeping an eye on the weather and have a rain plan.  Please use the Yamato Bus loop entrance for dropping off/pick up your student! Student drivers and adults helping with the trip should park in the back lot behind the 4000 building for the day.

Please review the Itinerary and Competition Day Checklist to make sure your student is prepared for a great day! 

Bring a lunch for the break and $ for dinner at the concessions/food trucks.

Band-O-Gramswill be available for purchase at near the gate.  The stadium announcer will announce a greeting, personal message, thank you, or shout out before your band performs.  $3.00 per 20 words, $3.00 per additional 20 words.
